Why do we exist?
Every brand is unique. Every brand has its triumphs and challenges, and hence their stories and the way they would want to tell their stories to their consumers and followers will also be different. Moreover, while the story indeed needs to be captivating, the medium on which the story is being told, the style of storytelling, the right mix of audience, timing, context, and so many other elements are at play to determine whether or not a brand’s story has connected and stayed with its audience.
Brands today need a partner who can help them design campaigns that allow multiple entry, exit, engagement, and retention points for the audience. Their partner should be able to design a campaign where the overarching theme should be solid and structured enough that the audience isn’t lost at any given juncture. The audience should have enough material and motivation to not only listen but also engage at any given level of their participation, and similarly if they exit the journey and decide to join back at a later stage, they should be able to pick up the pieces and feel up-to-speed to be a part of the journey again!
