With B2B marketing as her forte, her skill set goes beyond media strategy and planning, including designing a user’s wholesome journey to get the best ROI across all marketing tactics. Over the years, she has helped many iconic brands, Fortune 500 companies, and startups achieve business results by designing customised solutions with integrated marketing campaigns.
Naini has earned her broad skill set by working with renowned agencies like Ogilvy, GroupM-Mindshare, and AdVerb, and has also worked extensively in sales at Getit and Times Group. She led critical functions like revenue and operations at YourStory Media, where she led a team of 50+ members in client servicing, content strategy, video production, design, and events. In addition to being a strategy and growth leader, she has mentored many young talents and has a track record of leading high-performing teams.
During her most recent stint at YourStory Media, Varnika built content strategies for leading startups, critical enablers of India’s startup ecosystem, and various socio-economic changemakers in the country.
Varnika has also been a part of Ola’s corporate communications team, where she worked on the launch of offerings such as Ola Auto, Ola Rentals, Ola Outstation, and Ola Foods, and also led content and PR strategy for Ola’s launch in many tier II and III markets in India. She has worked as a Public Relations specialist at Image Public Relations (Perfect Relations Group) for brands such as Uber and Facebook India. She started her career as a broadcast journalist, field reporter, and feature show producer at Headlines Today (TV Today Network) in 2007.

With 12+ years of experience, she has designed campaigns and branding exercises for many leading startups in India alongside top global enterprises.
Neha has worked at YourStory Media, DGM India, and Rupiz Infotech Ltd.. She is proficient in designing impactful solutions that can help businesses garner brand love, keeping in mind their growth metrics. Throughout her career, Neha has built and executed GTM strategies, revenue planning, data acquisition, and lead generation strategies, driving high-impact results on the digital medium for various accounts she has worked on.
Kritika brings almost a decade of exceptional legal experience to her role as legal advisor cum consultant for Vibebrand. Practising predominantly at the Delhi High Court, she skilfully navigates complex legal matters for clients across various sectors.
She is a trusted legal consultant and sits on the esteemed panels of the Competition Commission of India, NBCC (India) Limited, and Delhi Development Authority. She has rich experience in conducting domestic and disciplinary inquiries for reputable organisations.
Kritika thrives in diverse legal areas, including arbitration, intellectual property, competition law and company law. She is a familiar and respected figure in the Delhi High Court, National Green Tribunal, and District Courts of Delhi.
Kritika’s career trajectory began at Garg & Garg Advocates, where she honed her skills as a Litigation Associate. She was an Associate for Justice Vikramajit Sen, a former Judge of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Building on this exceptional experience, she ascended to a lead Senior Associate position at Senlex Chambers, managing the firm’s litigation and non-litigation matters. She set up her own practise in 2021.
